Returns Instructions

If you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below to ensure your request is processed correctly.

Step 1: Contact Us

Before sending any item back, please contact our customer support team by email at socksphoria@outlook.it.
Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Step 2: Return Authorization

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address if your return is approved.
Please wait for confirmation before shipping the item back.

Step 3: Prepare the Item

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original condition

  • In original packaging where applicable

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Step 4: Shipping the Return

Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Step 5: Inspection and Refund

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law

  • Refunds can only be issued after the returned item has been received and approved

  • Processing times may vary during peak periods
